To make sure we are making the most of your time and efforts, there is an intro call to get started with care. It takes 15 mins and it is complimentary.

This ensures that sure you are in the right place and that I are able to help you. After that you will get information to get set up for care through our portals and get a lab request sent over.

All services are currently provided virtually.

My specialty is focused on PMOS - thus, if you have a uterus and got PMOS struggles, we are likely a good fit.

In addition to PMOS, I have seen women who struggle with recurrent anemia issues, diabetes, detoxification and gut issues most commonly over the years (as PMOS can come with friends to the party).

To truly do great work, I have to give my time to a specific topic - if I have a referral specific for a health concern not listed above, I will gladly help guide you to them!

PMOS isn't like a bacterial infection where you can just take a drug and be done with it.  But, you also don't have to be plagued by it for the rest of your days.

When influencing the metabolic health, (ie. working with trillions of cells), it totally depends on the complexity of your case (where are you starting from, how chronic is it, what level of commitment can you give towards the necessary changes.)

I have found that 12 weeks is a solid timeframe in which we can gain a lot of momentum and start to see some bigger changes. Most women notice some positive changes in the first 2-3 weeks!

Note: if we aren't seeing the right kind of progress, we will refer you out to ensure you are receive the best continuity of care!
